How to Connect Your Account
1. Go to Settings > Integrations in the left menu.
2. Click “Connect” next to the marketplace you’d like to integrate with Multichannel Pro.
3. Choose the Multichannel Pro option, then click “Save” at the bottom.
You will then see Multichannel Pro listed in the Integration column, and the Status toggle will move to the right and turn blue.
4. Contact Customer Support and inform our team that you have enabled the Multichannel Pro integration.
Our team will then complete the account linking process in the background and notify you when it is live.
