With the SmartRepricer Workflow feature, you can create custom strategies for different scenarios and set them to activate automatically.
With this exclusive feature of SmartRepricer, you can apply different pricing strategies to your products in the morning, evening, on weekends, special days, holidays, and peak sales times.
You can prepare a unique strategy for each situation and ensure that these strategies are automatically implemented according to the specified time intervals. For example, you can set a unique strategy for Black Friday, a different one for New Year's Eve, and another for regular days.
You can create all of these to take effect in SmartRepricer automatically; all you need to do is select Workflows in the menu on the left and follow the appropriate steps.
The "My Workflows" tab allows you to create and manage your workflows according to your preferences. The "Archive" tab allows you to access your created workflows.
You can review the steps outlined below to discover how to create workflows.
Step 1: Select Trigger
To enable SmartRepricer to create your workflow, you must provide certain rules. During the workflow creation stage, you should define when and under what conditions you want the workflow to operate.
Firstly, you must select a trigger, whether you want the trigger to occur at a specific time or when a new product is added. You can proceed to the next steps by selecting the strategy for the trigger.
A Time of Day Occurs
If you prefer the pricing action of the workflow to take place at a specific time on a specific day, proceed by selecting the "A Time of Day Occurs" option. Automatic pricing will be done according to the time you choose.
New Listing
If you want the Workflow to run when you add a new product to SmartRepricer, proceed with the "New Listing" option. Unlike the "A Time of Day Occurs" option, there is no "Configure Trigger" step here, but the remaining steps are the same.
Step 1a: Configure Trigger
Select your preferred day of the week, and if you have a specific time preference, choose the hour from the section below.
The "Repeats" button will automatically be enabled; if you do not want this workflow to repeat and only want it to run once, deactivate this button.
Step 2: Actions
The third step is where you will configure the actions your workflow will perform.
Add Filter
In the filter block, you can choose to filter by marketplace, strategy, SKU, Tag, Title, Fulfillment Type, Inventory Age, or Inventory Fee.
Add Actions
In the actions section, you must choose the action the workflow will perform. When the conditions created with the filters you selected in the previous section are met, SmartRepricer will apply the actions you choose here.
Actions you can choose from:
Pause Repricing
In this action, you can choose to pause the repricer for a certain duration and select the action that will occur when paused.
Set Strategy
This action will allow SmartRepricer to automatically assign or change the strategy applied to listings.
Repricing Toggle
In this action, you can disable or re-enable the repricer.
Step 3: Review
After customizing all preferences and making adjustments, review the workflow you created and give it a name. Then, click Save to complete the process. You can view your workflow under the "My Workflows" section in the "Workflows" tab in the left menu.
