Uploading Product Data in SmartRepricer

SmartRepricer Upload Feature

Updated today

SmartRepricer allows you to upload a file to set product costs and/or min/max prices in bulk. This data can then be used to power your strategies.

The process is straightforward: download our template with all your products, enter your numbers, and then upload the file. Done!

This feature is most useful if you don't have an integration with SellerRunning or InventoryLab. If you do have one of these integrations set up, it's better to supply your costs and min/max data in the other tool. SmartRepricer will automatically import your data from there.

Note: See How to Transfer Inventory Data from Another Repricer to SmartRepricer if you just switched over from one of our competitors. This uses the same process shown below, but you can copy data over from your old provider rather than typing it in manually.

Step 1: Download the Template

In SmartRepricer, go to Listings > Uploads.

In the Step 1 box, hit Click to download the template.

Step 2: Update Your Amazon Product Data

Open the Excel file you just downloaded.

The following sections are for information purposes, so they are not changeable:

  • Product Name

  • Marketplace

  • ASIN

  • SKU

  • Fulfillment

  • Sales Currency

  • Price

  • Stock

  • Strategy Name

  • Last Sale

You can update the sections below:

  • Cost Currency: Please enter your cost currency if you enter a cost for your products, or else the repricer will not work.

  • Cost: The product's cost is needed if you want SmartRepricer to calculate your profits. If you also wish for SmartRepricer to calculate your minimum and maximum prices, please enter all your costs.

  • Shipping Cost: Enter the estimated cost of shipping the item to the customer or the FBA fulfillment center.

  • Min Price: Enter the minimum amount for which you want to sell the product. SmartRepricer will never go below this price when pricing.

  • Max Price: Enter the maximum amount for which you want to sell the product. SmartRepricer will never exceed this price when pricing.

  • Map Price: Be careful not to confuse this with Max Price. MAP stands for Minimum Advertised Price, the lowest price the manufacturer allows the item to be sold for. Your min price must not be lower than the MAP price.

Entering Amounts and Currencies

Please use decimal points (periods) for cents or other fractions. For example, 12.43 or 1240.20.

SmartRepricer can calculate your profit margin if you choose your own margins. You can do this by selecting ROI in the Min/Max Pricing section while creating your strategy. In this case, SmartRepricer will calculate the min and max values.

You can set the currency of your product cost yourself. Please write in the appropriate currency code from the following list:

  • United States: USD

  • Canada: CAD

  • Mexico: MXN

  • Brazil: BRL

  • United Kingdom: GBP

  • Germany: EUR

  • France: EUR

  • Italy: EUR

  • Spain: EUR

  • U.A.E.: AED

  • Saudi Arabia: SAR

  • Egypt: EGP

  • Poland: PLN

  • Sweden: SEK

  • Netherlands: EUR

  • Turkey: TRY

  • Belgium: EUR

  • India: INR

  • South Africa: ZAR

  • Australia: AUD

  • Japan: JPY

  • Singapore: SGD

Step 3: Upload Your Updated Amazon Product Data
