When you click Orders on the left side of your SmartRepricer screen, you will reach the area where you can examine and manage your orders in detail.
This page is best for looking up detailed info and/or managing cost data for a specific order. For example, you can find out how SmartRepricer last adjusted your price before the customer made their purchase. Or, you can manually change the order's cost information, including tax, fees, cost, and the currency in which the cost is recorded.
Choosing Account/Marketplace
As always, you can choose which Amazon account/marketplace you're working with using the dropdown in the upper-right corner. Make sure you have the right one selected, or you'll never find the order or info you're looking for!
Searching for an Order
If you know the order ID you want to look up, you can search for it in the search bar right away. You don't need to worry about filters, because an order ID search will ignore filters, including date ranges.
If you don't know the Order ID, you'll want to make good use of the order filters to find what you're looking for.
Order Details
The detailed information on your orders includes ASIN, order ID, marketplace, channel (FBA or MFN), profit, ROI, order total, cost, fees, tax, date, and order status.
On the far right of each order, there are buttons where you can take action on your orders.
Click on the arrow to be redirected to the order in Amazon Seller Central.
If you click on the pencil icon, you will be taken to the order detail page with more information about your order.
The first things you'll see on the order detail page are your order's quantity, unit price, total, tax, fees, cost, and profit.
You can manually update the tax, fees, or cost in the Update Costs section on the right. Be sure to click Save when you've made your changes.
At the bottom of your order detail page, you'll see the Last Update Before Order section. Here you can examine the last SmartRepricer process that went through for your listing before you made the sale.
And on the bottom right, you'll see Competition at the Time of Purchase. You can compare this to the Last Update Before Order details to see how SmartRepricer was working to help you win the order.
When you're done on this screen, click Orders in the menu on the left again to return to the main Orders page.
Order Filters
Date Range
A little below the marketplace selector, in the upper right, you'll see a date range and calendar button. Click either of these to type in or select the date range of the orders you want to view.
Buy Box Ownership Filters
Below the date range, you'll see a summary of your orders by Buy Box ownership, as well as the total number of orders you received in that time period. The three categories are:
Orders received while you held the Buy Box
Orders received while your competitor held the Buy Box
Orders received from non-Buy Box listings
You might recognize these as the same visualizations from the BuyBox Overview section of Dashboard. However, when you click on one here, it will filter the list of orders below to match.
If you want to remove all filters, including the date range you've selected, click the X on the filter shown above the list of orders.
You can manage your filters with a bit more finesse, though! Just click the filter button on the right.
This will open a menu with checkboxes for the three filters. Tick the checkbox next to the filter you want, or uncheck all of them if you want to remove these filters without removing your date range.
Note: Currently, selecting more than one filter will generate zero results. We are planning to fix this in the near future.
When you're happy with your selection, click Apply on the right.
Changing the Number of Results per Page
If you have a lot of orders to scroll through, you can save yourself from constantly clicking from one page to the next by changing the results per page. Just click on the dropdown in the lower-left corner and select from 10, 25, 50, or 100 results per page.
