If you’re already using Threecolts products, upgrading to Seller 365 will give you access to advanced tools for managing your business more efficiently. The transition process is simple and tailored to your setup. Follow the steps below based on your business structure.
I Have an Existing Threecolts Account Linked to One Seller ID
If you have an existing Threecolts account with a single Seller ID, you can easily migrate to Seller 365 through the Threecolts Hub:
Navigate to the Seller 365 registration page.
Click I am interested - continue.
Choose a Seller 365 plan. Select the plan that best fits your business needs between Seller 365 Basic, Seller 365 Teams, and Seller 365 Pro. Check out the difference between them below:

If you're not eligible for a plan, you'll see the option grayed out. If you need assistance, contact our support team!Review your payment summary and confirm the details.
If you have an active Threecolts subscription (such as Tactical Arbitrage) and upgrade to Seller 365, your previous subscription will be canceled. This change will be reflected in the Threecolts Hub, but it does not affect your new Seller 365 subscription.
Your data will be preserved during the migration, and any remaining time on your previous subscription will be credited to your balance.
Click Create Subscription to finalize your migration.
I Have More Than 10 Users / Multiple Threecolts Accounts / Multiple Seller IDs / Unsupported Features
If your account matches one or more of the scenarios below, it requires special migration support:
Your organization has more than 10 users
You have a single seller ID that's linked to multiple Threecolts accounts
You have multiple seller IDs (and/or multiple subscriptions) connected to one Threecolts account
Your current plan includes features that aren't available in any of the Seller 365 packages

I Am a Prep Center
If you are a prep center that handles multiple accounts, you'll need to request your clients to transition to Seller 365. For anyone who makes the switch, you'll remain an employee in their account.
You can switch between clients (with what are now called companies) easily in Threecolts Hub. Under "Company" in the upper left, click on the name of the company you're currently logged into. This will open a new panel on the far left with a list of all your clients. Click into any other company to switch over.
