Contacting the SmartRepricer Customer Support team.

If you want to contact our Customer Service team via SmartRepricer Dashboard, you can follow the steps below:

1. Click on the ‘Support’ field from the tabs on the left side of the SmartRepricer Dashboard.

2. You will see a Customer Service contact form on the next page. Use this form to explain why you are reaching out and provide a detailed question or explanation in the text field.

3. At the end of the form, you have the option to add your contact number. If you need to include supporting documents, you can upload them here.

4. Click Send and your contact form will be submitted to our Customer Support team. They will review your request and respond to you via email as soon as possible.
