Note: There is currently a bug with our contact form causing the text to be white-on-white. This makes it look like you cannot type into the contact form. How to Chat with Us from Within SmartRepricer
Starting a live chat allows you to have a conversation with us while you work. You can move to any other area of SmartRepricer and keep the chat open.
If you want to open a chat, follow the steps below:
Click on Support in the menu on the left, near the bottom.
This will open a chat form on the right side of the screen. Click Send Us a Message.
You'll see a Message field at the bottom of the form. On the right, there will be a smiley face button for emojis and a paperclip button for adding attachments.
Here you can do one of three things:
Send just a single big emoji by clicking the smiley face and then choosing one from the list. This is best for sending a quick reaction during a chat.
Write a message in the Message field. While you're writing, you can click the smiley face button to add an emoji to your message (and not just send a single big emoji by itself). However, the button for adding an attachment will disappear until you send or delete your message.
You can send your message by pressing Enter or Return on your keyboard or clicking the up arrow button on the right.
If you want to add a blank line without sending your message, press and hold Shift and press Enter or Return at the same time.
Send an attachment by clicking the paperclip icon and choosing a file to upload. Be sure to send your request as a message before or after sending the file.
Because it isn't possible to send a message and attachment at the same time, it's normal for a support request to contain a couple messages. Don't feel bad about sending us more than one message at once.
Your message(s) will be submitted to our Customer Support team. Our AI may ask you for more details in the meantime and/or give you a time estimate as to when support will reply. When our agents respond, you'll see their message both within the chat window and as an email.
How to Minimize and Reopen the Chat
To minimize an open chat, click the ˇ symbol in the lower-right corner of the screen.
To reopen it on any screen, click the magnifying glass that appears in the same spot.
